Donate to Hull-House

Two women sit indoors by a window, smiling and laughing. One holds a wine glass and gestures excitedly, while the other claps. Both appear to be enjoying a lively social gathering.

From its founding in 1889, Hull-House was sustained by people who believed that a more just and vibrant society was possible.

Jane Addams contributed her vast wealth to the creation and care of Hull-House. Over decades, she relied on the generosity of donors to fund the settlement’s operations.

As a museum and National Historic Landmark, we extend Addams’s legacy by welcoming visitors at no cost while seeking donations and grants from individuals and organizations.

Gifts to Hull-House allow the museum, its public programs, and educational initiatives to flourish. By giving, you are helping to educate and inspire diverse range of visitors, including young learners, the UIC community, and civic-minded people in Chicago and beyond.

Hull-House is a national treasure. We are so grateful for your support.
