This trophy was awarded to the Hull-House Actors’ Guild in May 1936 for their performance of The Stolen Prince, by Dan Totheroh, directed by Edith de Nancrede. This New Deal prize for young people was named after Thomas Woods Stevens, a regional director of the Federal Theatre Project.
